I just called Senator Budd's Raleigh number and the voice mail is full and I can't leave a message. This is NO WAY to represent North Carolinians in this important time. It maddens me I can't reach my Senator to register my anger about President Trump turning away from democratic values into the hands of Dictator Putin.
